Note that all programs are closed on holidays, during inclement weather days (as decided by the HWDSB), and during our annual winter holiday shut down. See the CONTACT page for details.
In addition to your reusable bags, please bring valid government issued identification for each member of your family who will be accessing our programs.
We welcome Infant & Toddler Food Bank program and Menstruation Product Assistance program visits once every other calendar month. Welcome Baby program visits are offered once during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Eg: If you accessed a program in January, you would be welcomed to access it again anytime in March, by appointment.
