Prenatal Welcome Baby Support

Emergency assistance of infant formula, baby food, disposable diapers, hygiene and breastfeeding supplies*.


Families with children aged 0-3 will receive a free emergency supply of age appropriate essentials.

Prenatal and postpartum supplies. Welcome Baby packages include diapers, hygiene products, newborn items and breastfeeding essentials*.


Available to those in their third trimester of pregnancy. 


*Note that this program does not provide infant formula.

Emergency supply of sanitary napkins or tampons available to any menstruating individuals in Hamilton  & surrounding areas.


Menstruation Product kits contain a variety of brand, format and absorbency ranges*.

Note that all programs are closed on holidays, during inclement weather days (as decided by the HWDSB), and during our annual winter holiday shut down. See the CONTACT page for details.

In addition to your reusable bags, please bring valid government issued identification for each member of your family who will be accessing our programs. 

We welcome Infant & Toddler Food Bank program and Menstruation Product Assistance program visits once every other calendar month. Welcome Baby program visits are offered once during the third trimester of pregnancy.


Eg: If you accessed a program in January, you would be welcomed to access it again anytime in March, by appointment.
